I'm a Software Engineer with 1.5 years at Think41, where I built and shipped production systems across three products — Fabric (an internal multi-tenant GenAI workspace used across the org), Entero (a B2B/B2C healthcare platform), and a real-time voice AI agent.

My focus is backend and GenAI: designing APIs and data models, wiring LLMs and agentic workflows through MCP, and keeping critical decisions in deterministic code rather than the model alone — so a system is observable, safe, and correct.

Beyond work I hold an Indian patent and an IEEE publication on real-time driver-alertness monitoring, and I'm Oracle Cloud GenAI Certified.

  • Built and shipped a production real-time Voice AI agent (Pipecat, Deepgram STT, ElevenLabs TTS, AWS EC2), cutting end-to-end latency by 40% (5s → 3s) through EarlyFlush, VAD tuning, sentence splitting, and parallel STT.
  • Developed 10+ production backend modules for Entero (gamification, notifications, deal-of-the-day, combo offers) with REST APIs, database schemas, and React Native / PWA frontends.
  • Implemented backend integrations: AWS S3, OCR-based license extraction, QR onboarding, OTP authentication, and WhatsApp Business API notifications.
  • Built real-time AI chat with WebSockets and streaming LLMs, MCP server integrations (Google Drive, Gmail, Chat), and a PDF-to-LLM document pipeline for Fabric — an internal GenAI platform used by 70+ employees.
